After i reach my desktop, a small yellow triangle with a black exclamation point and the word topic appears with an ok button underneath.    After i close this I try to log onto the programs on the desktop, but it keeps popping up & won't allow me to use them...suggestions?  I am at my wits end at trying to get rid of this...even tried to restore the programs to an earlier date, but this still comes back...
