Can anyone tell me what should be seen in this window appearing to be blank except for the Yellow bang on my system?

Hi!
if you adjust contrast a (huge) bit, you can read what follows:
"I authorize Dell to temporarily suspend data encryption on my PC, such as BitLocker, to run reset.
Important! When enabled, make sure your device is near you to ensure the security of your device and data throughout the repair."
It's verbatim.
