Hello together

I have an XPS Notebook 13", Windows 10, BitLocker enabled.
Only when I start my notebook, I enter my BitLocker pin, nothing happens, I shut down my notebook and then enter my BitLocker and Windows starts up again normally.

I always have to start my device twice for Windows to start normally.
