XPS 17 i9
I was told the XPS 17 with i9 would be out end of July by a Dell sales lady. Still no sign of it. I'm waiting because it seems from the Dell Utube add that you need the i9 for it to be VR ready.
When will it be available?

Given the problems Dell has had with batteries draining under heavy load with that XPS 17 model and 45W CPUs, expect a delay in the i9s, which draw 65W. I'd guess the engineers need to solve the problems with the i7s before they spring the i9s on the market.
