XPS 9360, Windows 11 and "double" boot issue

Hi! I've just updated my XPS 9360 from Windows 10 to Windows 11, all drivers updated etc.
If I keep the laptop turned off and off charge for some time, the first boot remains stuck at the Dell logo without any spinning dots. At this point, if I shut down the XPS with the power boot, and restart, it boots fine.

Is this a known issue? Never had this happen with Windows 10.

I don't remember something like you have being mentioned.  You might try disabling Fast Startup..

Are you an Insider right now and did you install Win 11 over your OS or did you do a Clean install?

I will assume your system is not qualified for Win 11?

Thanks, I'll try to disable Fast Boot.
Yeah I'm an Insider and I've installed the latest build (which is actually the final one that will be available to everyone tomorrow) by updating my W10.

My XPS is 100% qualified for Win11, as stated from both Dell (the FAQ stickied in this group) and Microsoft (Windows 11 compatibility tool).
