All governmental entities within the state of Nevada, including all State agencies, the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of  Nevada are authorized to utilize State contracts with the prior approval of the State's Chief Procurement Official.

All products and services offered under the Dell Master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109 may be purchased. Microsoft products other than operating systems can not be purchased on this contract.  Configuation limits are set at $500,000/configuration.  Leasing may be possible, see the PA for details.  Services over $2000 requires a separate Services Contract.  All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities must include the State of Nevada Participating State contract number 8346; and the Dell NASPO ValuePoint Master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109. Please see the Nevada NASPO ValuePoint MNWNC-109 Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Related Services Participating Addendum for complete details. Amendment 3 to the Nevada Participating Addendum extends the term of the contract to July 31, 2021.
