Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell EMC, the Commercial Terms of Sale govern the sale of Dell EMC products, software, professional services and support and maintenance services to enterprise customers, the Dell Technologies Cloud Services Terms of Service applies to all cloud services offered to customers and the Outbound Embedded OEM Sales Agreement (below) governs the sale of Dell EMC products, software, professional services and support and maintenance services to OEM customers purchasing from and EMC entity for an OEM project.Additional terms and conditions may apply to your purchase.
