DELL PREMIER PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS – If you have received a valid invitation from Dell Global B.V. (Singapore Branch) for up to 10% Discount on selected systems and/or a 20% Discount on selected Monitors & Accessories or 3% Discount on selected servers, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

1. The Discount is valid until 28th June 2024.
2. The Discount is limited to eligible corporate group/affinity ID, unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. The Discount is only applicable up to 10% for selected Dell Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision, and 20% discount for selected Monitors & Accessories or 3% for selected Dell PowerEdge (“Eligible Product(s)”) unless specified otherwise in writing.
4. The Discount can only be applicable in Dell Premier store.
5. To get the Discount, log into your Dell Premier Store (www.dell.com.sg/premier). The Discount will be applied automatically when you select an eligible system, PowerEdge servers, monitors or accessories and the final purchase price will be updated at the checkout page.
6. The Discount cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
7. The Discount can be stackable with any other coupon.
8. The Discount cannot be combined with any other cash off price, sale, promotion.
9. The Discount is not applicable on Standard Configuration bundles and offline quotations from account managers, unless specified otherwise in writing.
10. The Discount cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
11. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Discount promotion(s) at any time.
12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice or liability to you.
13. All purchases are subject to Dell Global B.V. (Singapore Branch)’s Commercial Terms of Sale governing the sale of Dell products, software and services to commercial customers, Small and Medium Businesses, Public Sector and Large Enterprises.
14. All decisions made by Dell in respect of the Discount promotions or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.
15. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
16. All purchases under the Discount promotions are subject to verification of a valid eligibility. False representations of eligibility void the offer and Dell reserves the right to collect the full price of any such order placed.
