Recimg.exe missing

A previous recovery option on all Windows based tablets was removed via the Window 8.1 update that added "WIMboot" option.

The WIMboot option allows for Windows 8.1 installations in a much smaller portion of the Solid State Drive (SSD) creating more available storage space on tablets with smaller storage drives. (Installations of Windows 8.1 that took over 20 GB now can be installed in less than 8GB using WIMBoot.)

Once the WIMboot option was added by Microsoft, it was recommended to all OEM manufacturers to remove the recimg.exe image creation option.
