An unknown Blue Screen (Crash Screen) error can occur during common usage of your Alienware system. The error does not happen frequently , happening once or a couple of times during a period of time. |

Solution
This is a Software issue most of the time and in order to avoid this happening we suggest to perform the following steps:
- Cleanup your Systems Files
- Click on "Explorer"
- Right Click your "C" drive
- Click "Properties"
- Click "General" tab
- Click "Disk Cleanup"
- Click "Clean up System Files"
- Click "Ok"
- Check the Virtual Memory
- Click on "Explorer"
- Right Click "This PC"
- Click "Properties"
- Click "Advance System Settings"
- Click on "Advanced" tab
- Click on Performance "Settings" button
- Click on "Advanced" tab
- Under Virtual Memory, click "Change"
- Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"
- Click on "Custom Size"
- Initial size (MB) needs to be set on 2048
- Maximum size (MB) needs to be set on 4096
- Click "Set"
- Click "Ok"
- Restart the computer
- Run ePSA
- Run Support Assist Stress Test
- Verify Windows is up to date
- Verify Bios is up to date
- Verify Video Card driver are up to date
- For Intel HD drivers, please always refer to the latest driver version found under the Drivers and Downloads section in the Dell Support Web site
- For the NVidia drivers, please refer to www.nvidia.com and search for the respective video card driver according to your system video card.
- For the AMD drivers, please refer to www.amd.com and search for the respective video card driver according to your system video card.
- Virus Check Up
- Run your Antivirus full scan.
