How To Replace Cold Swap Hard Drive and Carrier for PowerEdge R240

This video will demonstrate replacement procedure of Cold Swap Hard Drive and Carrier for PowerEdge R240.

Prerequisites
Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.

Removing a drive blank:
Press the release button, and slide the drive blank out of the drive slot.

Installing a drive blank:
Insert the drive blank into the drive slot, and push the blank until the release button clicks into place.

Installing the front bezel:
Align and insert the tabs on the right end of the bezel into the slots on the system.
Fit the left end of the bezel onto the system and press the bezel until you hear the button click.
Lock the bezel.
