To remove the solid-state drive twenty-two thirty, unlatch the stand on the base of the monitor. Pry the back cover off the monitor and slide it off the system. Remove the six screws on the IO cover and lift the cover off the system.
Find the system board shield and remove the four screws. Lift the shield off the system. Identify the solid-state drive and remove the screw securing it. Lift the drive out of the system.
To reinstall the solid-state drive twenty-two thirty, place it back in the system and tighten the screw to secure it. Place the system board shield back in the system and install the four screws.
Secure the IO cover on the system with the six screws. Slide the back cover back on the monitor and relatch the monitor stand. For more information about your Dell system, visit: Dell.com/Support.
