Dell Monitor Support Services (For Home Users)

Beginning January 2025, new Dell monitor models will have the option to add Dell Care Plus support.

Dell Care Plus provides a range of support features aimed at maintaining optimal performance and connectivity for your monitor. Below, you’ll find an overview of the support options included in this plan.

Partial subpixel/dot anomalies with size not making up half of a subpixel are not uncommon in the LCD manufacturing process. Partial subpixel/dot anomalies appear as bright dots to the naked eye but are not considered as subpixel defect. Please refer to Dell Pixel Policy for more details.
