How to Disable Touchscreen

This video shows how to disable the touchscreen functionality on your Windows PC. By accessing Device Manager and disabling the HID compliant touchscreen, you can prevent accidental touches from interfering with your work.

To disable the touchscreen in Windows, click on the Windows start button to search for and open Device Manager. Expand the human interface devices section. Right click on HID compliant touchscreen and click disable. Click yes to complete the process.
