Partial subpixel/dot anomalies with size not making up half of a subpixel are not uncommon in the LCD manufacturing process. Partial subpixel/dot anomalies appear as bright dots to the naked eye but are not considered as subpixel defect. Please refer to Dell Pixel Policy for more details.
