Support cases and telemetry collections in Secure Connect Gateway

In this video, we demonstrate how to view and manage support cases and telemetry collections performed on devices in secure connect gateway. Apart from periodic collections, secure connect gateway collects telemetry to analyze and troubleshoot an issue. Depending on the service contract for the device, a case is created for an issue detected on the device.
