Download the file and launch it on your system.
Follow the instructions on your screen
1 Make sure that the machine is connected to your computer and powered on.
2 Insert the supplied software CD into your CD-ROM drive. The software CD should automatically run and an installation window will appear. If the installation window does not appear, click Start > All programs > Accessories > Run.

drive and click OK.
3 Select Next.
4 Select Connect to the computer using USB cable. Click Next.
5 Follow the instructions in the installation window to complete the installation process.
Installing driver over the network
1 Make sure that the machine is connected to the network and powered on. Also, your machines IP address should have been set. If the Found New Hardware Wizard appears during the installation procedure, click Cancel to close the window.
2 Insert the supplied software CD into your CD-ROM drive. The software CD should automatically run and an installation window will appear. If the installation window does not appear, click Start > All programs > Accessories > Run.

3 Select Next.
4 Select Connect a network printer to the computer. Click Next. The Custom installation allows you to select the machines connection and choose individual components to install. Follow the instructions on the window.
5 The searched machines will be shown on the screen. Select the one you wish to use and click Next. If you cannot find your machine in network, turn off the firewall and click
Update. For Windows operating system, Start > Control Panel and start windows firewall, and set this option unactivated. For other operating system, refer to its on-line uide.
6 Follow the instructions in the installation window to complete the installation process.
