After upgrading to 6.3.0.9, the switch interfaces may go to D-Down state instead of STP BLK state when loop detected in the network. So we recommend to disable "loop-protection" feature globally and under all switch interfaces using the command "no keepalive" and save configuration. Also configure err-disable recovery feature by using the commands "err-disable recovery cause all" and "err-disable recovery interval 30" globally to recover the ports from D-Down state. If desired user can disable the err-disable recovery feature after ports are recovered from D-Down state by using the command "no err-disable recovery cause all"

(1) Download the zip file - N2000v6.3.0.9a16.zip
(2) Extract the image file "N3000_N2000v6.3.0.9.stk" from the zip file
(3) Install the image to the switch by following the upgrade procedure "Upgrading Dell Networking N3000_N2000 Series Switches From Version 6.x.x.x to 6.3.0.9 Firmware.pdf" extracted from zip file.
