260667: SystemConfigHash attribute hash value gets modified for SCP preview operation even though no configuration change was applied.
227881: SCP import fails with an error on the attribute VNCServer.1#Password, if the template is set to Clone or Replace mode. A VNC#Password has an eight characters requirement.
