To install the driver, Open the device manager and double click on the modem entry in the device list. For help on how to open the device manager, open Windows help by clicking start then select the help menu item. Within the modem property pages, select update driver, then click "Search for a suitable driver for my device," then click next. Click the box "Specify Location". Type in C:\Dell\Drivers\00E828 within the path textbox and press next. Windows will search the path and install the drivers it finds within the drivers search directory. Follow the windows directions to complete the driver installation.
