Fixes & Enhancements

Bug Fixes:
1. There are certain SFR ( Special Function Registers ) that are accessed by multiple clients.
Since NSSR handler also attempts lock for SFR access, this resulted in a deadlock leading to a timeout. This is recoverable by a power cycle"
2. The drive checks SLBA bits based on the HW supports capacity(16TB), so it does not check SLBA[63:35] for non-zero condition.
3. Firmware Activated bit was not being set in Controller Status on MCTP reply for Controller Health Status Poll command.
4. New FW that enables reference clock lost interrupt is downloaded on top of FW that doesn't take action on this interrupt.
5. Issuing NVM Subsystem Health status poll with Clear Status bit set was clearing Controller Health status poll data which caused subsequent Controller Health status poll to return no data.
6. Response data for Get Message Type Supported MCTP Command was not complete
