You will need to update the cards' video BIOS for compatibility with this monitor. You can download and update your P5000 and P6000 graphics cards' vbios by going to support.dell.com under the platform's "drivers and downloads" section and look for "nVIDIA Quadro P6000 Firmware Update" or "nVIDIA Quadro P5000 Firmware Update". Download and run these to update your corresponding card.
