Instructions to Register a package using Wyse Device Manager (WDM)
1 Download the respective .exe file to your system. 2 Copy the downloaded .exe file to the Wyse Device Management server or to a local repository. 3 Double-click the Wyse Device Manager Web UI icon, and log in to the Wyse Device Management web console using valid credentials. 4 Go to Applications > Other packages. 5 Click the Create Package (+) button. 6 Click Download, and save the Package Register utility file to the Wyse Device Management server. 7 Double-click the respective .exe file. 8 In the WDM Package Registration Utility window, select the respective .exe file and click Browse. 9 Navigate to the folder where you have downloaded the Intel Video Driver .exe file. 10 Select the .exe file, operating system, and specify install parameter as /s /f. 11 Click Upload. Intel Video Driver add-on package is listed under Applications > Other packages. 12 Click Devices, and select a checked-in device where you want to install the add-on. 13 Click Update. 14 Go to Select Packages > Other Package, and select the Intel Video Driver add-on package. 15 Click Save, and then click Update Now.
Instructions to Register a package using Wyse Management Suite
1 Download the respective .exe file to your system. 2 Copy the downloaded .exe file to the Wyse Management Suite server repository. For example, copy the downloaded file to C:\Share\ repository\thinClientApps folder. 3 Log in to Wyse Management Suite. 4 Click Portal Admin, and select the Local Repository check box. 5 Click the Sync Files button. 6 Wait for the synchronization to complete, and click Apps and Data. 7 Verify the Intel Video Driver add-on package in the applications list. 8 To create a group in the Wyse Management Suite server, click Groups. 9 Click the Plus sign (+) button, and register your client in the same group. 10 Click the Apps and Data option, and click Thin Client under App Policies. 11 Click Add Policy, and update the required details. 12 Select the task as Install Application, OS type as WES, and select the OS sub filter and platform filter according to the operating system and platform. 13 Select the application, and specify install parameter as /s /f. 14 Click Save. 15 To schedule the policy, click Preview and schedule. 16 Click Jobs, and select Schedule App Policy. 17 Click Update Now.
Instructions to schedule an image from System Center Configuration Manager 2016 (SCCM) Client Side Configuration 1 Add the client to the domain. Note: Ensure that the client and SCCM server are in the same Domain. 2 Login as a Domain Admin user. 3 Change Time zone to SCCM server time zone. 4 Go to Control Panel, and click Configuration Manager. 5 Click the Site Tab, and click Configure Setting button. 6 Click Find Site button. 7 Click the Actions Tab. 8 Configure the action items and click Apply Note: If you do not get all action items as soon as you open Configuration Manager, reboot the client and log in as domain administrator. 9 Open Software Center. 10 Go to Options and click Computer Maintenance. 11 Deselect the suspend policy and select the automatic install policy.. 12 Sync the policy and click Apply Server-side Configuration 1 Copy the pulled *.wim file, PrepareOSPartion.wss & sysprep.xml files to shared folder. 2 Open SCCM console. 3 Go to Assets and Compliance tab. 4 Right-click Device Collection and click Create New Device Collection.
