Important Information
- Only a single ODD is supported as a boot device. Up to two ODDs can be supported on a system. - When installing an S300, make sure the S100 is disable in the platforms BIOS. The ODD will not function if S100 is active with S300. - W2K3 SP2 or later required for S100 and S300. NOTE! Windows 2003 R2 is not supported. - The BCRAID.SYS and BCCFG.SYS drivers both need to be updated when performing an update using the Zip Pack. Each driver is updated manually. - OM 6.2.0 or higher required to manage S100 and S300 controllers.

Dell Update Package Instructions
Download
1. Click Download Now to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.
2. Read over the release information presented in the dialog window.
3. Download and install any prerequisites identified in the dialog window before proceeding.
4. Click the Install button.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
Zip Files

1. Click the Download Now link to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file to unzip the download package
2. Click Continue.
3. Specify the location to unzip the files.
