1. Re-size the diagnostic program dialog, because the tab is overlapping in the Windows ME & Windows 2000 Simplified Chinese version.

2. Fixed a bug. The diagnostic got the error PCI bus/device/function number from registry in the Windows 2000 Simplified Chinese version. Now program get the PCI bus/device/function number from the other keyword in the registry. It will solve the all problems from the different language OS.

3. Modify conform to environment of Windows XP Beta 2.
