This release supports the following KBs: • DotNetCompilation_WIE10.exe • OSComponentCleanup.msi • AMD64-all-windows10.0-kb4471331-x64.msu • AMD64-all-windows10.0-kb4483229-x64.msu 1) DotNetCompilation_WIE10.exe • You must push the DotNetCompilation_WIE10 package after pushing .MSU Security Patches using WDM/WMS. This is required to compile DotNet KB files. • Specify command parameter as --silent when you deploy the package using Wyse Management Suite, Wyse Device Manager, and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager. For OSComponentCleanup.msi specify parameter as /qn when you deploy the package using Wyse Management Suite, Wyse Device Manager, and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager. Note: OSComponentCleanup.msi add-on package cleans the superseded OS Components which are accumulated during installation of monthly cumulative security updates released by Microsoft. This command execution provides additional free space in the disk and is useful to optimize the disk space in the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise based thin clients with 32 GB or higher disk configuration. Prerequistes KB for December month:
Prerequiste SSU before deploying Cumulative KB: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4465659 Microsoft recommends that you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest cumulative update (LCU). SSUs improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential issues while installing the LCU. For more information, see Servicing stack updates. If you are using Windows Update, will be offered to you automatically.
