Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue which caused "show all" to occasionally report an incomplete foreign configuration when none was present
2. Fixed an issue where an attempt to change an H840 controller to EHBA mode would be shown as successful even though the operation is not allowed.
3. Fixed an issue which caused drive lists in controller show results to be unsorted.
4. Fixed an issue which prevented adding a dedicated hot spare drive to RAID drive groups in EHBA mode.
5. Fixed an issue which caused the serial number for enclosures to be truncated.

Enhancements:
1. Added display of SMART data for SAS drives to "show smart" command
2. Added support for H345 and H745 controllers
