By default, this package will install both the device driver and HBA Manager. If this package is installed using the /driveronly command line option, then HBA Manager will not be installed. After installing with the /driveronly option, reinstalling without the /driveronly option will not add HBA Manager to the installed software. There are two ways to add HBA Manager after a "driveronly" installation: 1) uninstall the package and then reinstall, or 2) reinstall the package using the /passthrough=interactive option, select Modify, and then enable the desired components.
