Important Information

Update from FW 6.2.x using USC/LC to this version of firmware is not available. The upgrade of any 57712-k adapter with 6.2.x fw is ONLY supported from a Windows or Linux OS.

Downgrading to firmware versions 7.4.x via Lifecycle Controller may fail due to issues present in the 7.4.x Dell Update Packages. If you need to downgrade from the 7.6.x firmware versions to the 7.4.x versions, that downgrade will have to be done in a supported Windows or Linux Operating System.

-For 64-bit Windows, download and execute the 64-bit Dell Update Package for Windows.
-For 32-bit and 64-bit Linux, download and execute the Dell Update Package for Linux.
-Use the 32-bit Dell Update Package for Windows if you are updating your network controller through Lifecycle Controller.
