Fixes
- During POST, if a faulty PCIe card is installed, the "PCIe link training failure" message is not displayed.
- The XenServer stops responding when restarting the server.
- The Management Engine becomes unresponsive when there is an incompatibility between the versions of Server Platform Services (SPS) and OS Management Engine Interface (ME) drivers.
- The Time To Live (TTL) value was hard coded in a UEFI PXE client by using 16 as the default value, but you can now edit the TTL value and change its default value of 16.
- Fixed an issue that calculated incorrect power availability when Configuration Thermal Design Power (TDP) is set to Level 1 or 2.

- Added support to Windows Server 2019.
- Enhanced the BIOS security features.
- Updated the Intel Trusted Execution Technology (Intel TXT) BIOS Authenticated Code Module (ACM) to version 1.3.9.
- Updated the Intel Processor and Memory Reference Code to PLR8.
- Updated the Intel Xeon Processor Scalable Family Processor Microcode to version 0x50.
- Updated the S140 Software RAID firmware to version 5.4.0-0001.
- Updated the HFI PCIe Gen3 UEFI driver to version 1.8.1.0.0 for the Intel Fabric CPU.
- Added the Configurable Thermal Design Power (TDP) Setup option in the processor settings.
- The maximum delay time defined by the user (User Defined Delay) for an AC Power Recovery was 240 seconds. It is now enhanced to 600 seconds, but your iDRAC version must support.

Download
1. Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the "I agree" link if you accept the agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
You can update the BIOS using a UEFI shell bootable media, such as a USB key.
1. Copy the file to the bootable device with UEFI shell.
2. Boot the system to UEFI shell by using the bootable device.
3. Run the executable (.efi) under the UEFI shell. Follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.

You can also load this executable directly from BIOS Boot Manager without a UEFI shell bootable media.
1. Copy the file to a USB device
2. Plug in the USB device and press F11 during POST to enter BIOS Boot Manager
3. Navigate to the System Utilities menu and select BIOS Update File Explorer
4. Select the USB device and navigate through the directory contents to find the executable (.efi)
5. Launch the executable and follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.

4. Run the update by executing "./[model]_BIOS_LX_[version].BIN" from the shell.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
