Fixes:
- Resolved the issue of 'TDX Seam Loader fails to load' by removing the BIOS Setup option located under the System Security sub-menu, specifically 'Disable excluding Mem below 1MB in CMR,' while retaining the value set to 'Disabled'.
- Resolved an issue where the System POST would become stuck at the progress bar displaying 'Initializing Firmware Interfaces...' in certain corner cases.
- Corrected a cosmetic issue where the device name was displayed behind the PCH in Linux OS. Previously, when issuing a 'lspci -v' command, a warning such as 'pcilib: Error reading/sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:0c.0/label: Operation not permitted' would appear. Now, the device name will correctly display as 'DeviceName: PCH Root Port'.
- Resolved a cosmetic issue identified in ESXi, which now accurately displays the device number for the uncore Caching/Home Agent (CHA). Previously, symptoms in the hostd.log included 'ESXi error - Skipping interrupt routing entry with bad device number: 176. This is a BIOS bug'.
- Resolved the issue where an iSCSI initiator name containing a dash character ('-') could not be created in the iDRAC GUI under Configuration > BIOS Settings > Network Settings > iSCSI Initiator Name. Note that names with dashes are valid according to iSCSI standards.
- Removed S160 Software RAID support for PowerEdge R760xd2 only.

- Enhanced SmartNIC / Data Processing Unit (DPU) Boot Sync progress by replacing the number of dots to percentage progress message. DPU Initialization takes several minutes and BIOS needs to wait until it's done during the system boot.

Initializing DPU (may take a few minutes, do NOT reset system): 20 percent
- Added the ISCSI F1/F2 Prompt on Error feature. When the first iSCSI connection stop working, user has to press "F1" to let the server boot to secondary connection. User can disable the prompt error, and boot to secondary without pressing "F1".
The new BIOS Setup item was introduced under Network . ISCSI Device1 sub-menu:

Installation
NOTE: You must provide a DOS bootable media, such as a USB key. This executable file does not create the DOS system files.
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file.
2. Update the name of the file to DOS recognizable format (8.3). If you do not update the filename to 8.3 format, the filename will be truncated to 8.3 format.
3. Copy the file to the bootable device.
4. Boot the system to DOS by using the bootable device.
5. Run the executable under DOS. Follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.

Installation
You can update the BIOS using a UEFI shell bootable media, such as a USB key.
1. Copy the file to the bootable device with UEFI shell.
2. Boot the system to UEFI shell by using the bootable device.
3. Run the executable (.efi) under the UEFI shell. Follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.

You can also load this executable directly from BIOS Boot Manager without a UEFI shell bootable media.
1. Copy the file to a USB device
2. Plug in the USB device and press F11 during POST to enter BIOS Boot Manager
3. Navigate to the System Utilities menu and select BIOS Update File Explorer
4. Select the USB device and navigate through the directory contents to find the executable (.efi)
5. Launch the executable and follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.
