This is not for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows
ME, Windows NT, or Windows 2000.

To ensure proper installation, verify that an older version of this
program is not currently installed on your system by performing the
following steps:

1) Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
2) Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3) In the Add/Remove Programs Properties window, scroll through the
programs listed.

If the program is listed, it is installed on your system. Continue to step
4 to uninstall the older version.

If the program is not listed, skip to the section "To Install this
version..."

4) Click the program from the list and then click Add/Remove.
5) Follow the prompts to uninstall the program.
6) Close the Add/Remove Programs Properties window.
7) Click OK.

To Install this version of Dell Solution Center (2.0)

After downloading the ZipPack (.EXE) file, double-click the file, and it
will unpack and automatically install for you. Once the install has
started, then follow the instructions to completely install the software.
A reboot of your computer may be required.
