1. Connect to an external VGA monitor is required to update the adapter firmware.
2. Set a second monitor in Duplicate mode as during the update process, the VGA monitor screen may turn off.
3. Follow the screen instruction to complete the firmware update process.

Download
1. Click Download, to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and unzip it.
2. Double-click the Dell_DP2VGA Updater_A00.exe to start the firmware update.
3. Run the FW updater and follow the screen instruction.
4. Firmware update process will take around 15 seconds. The VGA monitor may be OFF during the update process and requires re-plug the adapter to complete the whole process.
