This firmware is not applicable for standard printers without CACStar. It is applicable for the CACStar external module that is used in Dell C3765dnf, C5765dn, C7765dn, S2815dn, and S3845dn printers. It is recommended that an IT administrator updates the CACStar firmware.

Installation instructions
For firmware upgrade please refer to below steps -
CACStar Firmware Upgrade --- Revision A34/Version 9.1
To download and install the CACStar firmware, perform the following steps:
1. Using a browser, go to the CACStar Administrator/Firmware Update web page.
2. Click the Browse button, and select the firmware CACStar-A34-V91.zip file.
3. Click the Upload File button.
4. After the upload is complete, the web page indicates that the file was successfully saved and uncompressed.
5. Click the Reboot CACStar button.
6. After the reboot is complete, the firmware upgrade will be complete. Use the Status/Other CACStar web page to verify.
This firmware can be used to upgrade from any previous firmware version.
