Do not power off your system during firmware upgrade or installation.
Updating latest WDA on client side is recommended before updating Security Updates through WDM and WMS.
Instructions to Register a Package using Wyse Device Manager (WDM)
1 Launch Wyse Device Manager.
2 Click Applications in the Dell Wyse Device Manager Dashboard page.
3 Select any of the options except Device Configuration, and PCoIP Device Configuration.
4 Click the Create Package Plus (+) button.
5 Click Allow to download the Package Register utility.
6 Download the .exe file on your local repository.
7 Navigate to the folder and run the Package Register utility file.
8 Enter WDM server address and User credentials in the respective fields.
9 Select EXE to register and click Browse.
10 Select .EXE file to register and click Open.
11 Select the package that you want to register and click Upload.

Installation procedure from Wyse Management Suite
1 Download the .exe file from the website.
2 Copy the .msu file from the extracted folder to On-Premise gateway server.
3 Go to Apps&data > App Policy > Thin Client on the Wyse Management Suite console.
4 Click App policy.
A pop-up is displayed.
5 Select the file copied in step 2.
6 Select the Mandatory option for the group where the file need to be deployed (Devices present in the group will get the policy).
