Dell Connectivity Client for iDRAC9, v100.3.0

Installed This file was automatically installed as part of a recent update. If you are experiencing any issues, you can manually download and reinstall.
Dell Connectivity Client (DCC) for iDRAC9 is a lightweight software plugin to enable PowerEdge servers to directly and securely connect to the Dell backend for customers who do not use OpenManage Enterprise. This enables Dell to proactively and rapidly support the server, and also enable additional capabilities like use of Dell AIOps for servers with ProSupport or ProSupport+. After being installed, the plugin tries to establish a secure connection with the Dell backend. Once the Dell Connectivity Client establishes a secure connection, it enables the collection of telemetry data such as metrics, alerts, configuration data, and Technical Support Reports (TSRs). PowerEdge server data from connected servers will also be visible in Dell AIOps for users and servers that have been onboarded to Dell AIOps.
