Intervideo Software DVD , v. 2.1pch10pt, A07PCH

Summary of Issue:
This patch is designed to correct an issue seen when an LG 8X DVD (model
number CRN-8080B) drive is used with Intervideo WinDVD software decode
version 2.1.45. This issue is intermittent. Sometimes, when a user
launches media using WinDVD, the user may on rare occasions see WinDVD
remain at the splash screen or may see a black video window with no movie
playing. This issue has only been seen on the LG 8X DVD drive, and can
be corrected by shutting down WinDVD and relaunching it. Or, applying
this patch would correct the issue.

Root Cause:
Intervideo released the 2.1.45 build with a timeout of 3 seconds for each
atapi command—this may not compatible with the LG 8X DVD drive, which may
in some cases takes longer than 3 seconds to respond/complete to a
command. Other versions of WinDVD (ie 2.1.39/a or 3.0, do not exhibit
this issue, as the wait time between commands is longer).
