Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes
=====
- Resolved a corner case issue affecting Intel X710 adapters, where certain ports did not report a link-down status
when the connected switch ports were down. {327916}

Enhancements
=====
- N/A

Known Issues
============
- On the Intel(R) Ethernet 25G 2P XXV710 Adapter, when IO Optimization is enabled, virtual MAC
address changes are successfully imported, but the changes will not be reflected.
- In iDRAC, Switch connection ID and Switch Port Connection ID may show as "Unavailable" for
Intel(R) Ethernet 10G 4P X710-T4L-t OCP. {274327}
- During system reboots, Intel(R) Ethernet 25G 2P XXV710 Mezz ports may report link down event in the iDRAC
Lifecycle log. The issue does not have functional impact on the physical link on the affected ports. {276119}
- On the Intel(R) Ethernet 10G 2P X710-T2L OCP Adapter, the link speed is intentionally reduced when the
interface is disabled by the operating system. This behavior is due to the NIC entering a "low power link up"
state to conserve energy, and is functioning as designed. {288712}
- For Intel X710 adapters, the Dell BIOS Setup Device Configuration (HII) page incorrectly shows Link Auto-Negotiation
as enabled and non-editable. This is a GUI display issue. Per IEEE specifications, Link Auto-Negotiation
is not supported on 10G devices. {338292}
- When running the Dell firmware update package (DUP) from a Linux OS, a message may appear requesting a power cycle. This
message can be safely ignored, as a power cycle is not required. {346725}
