To find the COM port that is supported with your dock, do the following -
a. Open Device Manager.
b. Right-click the USB Serial Port (COMx) and select Properties.
c. In the Properties window, click the Details tab.
d. From the Property dropdown, select Hardware IDs.
e. The Hardware IDs are displayed.
