- If your system has legacy drivers and Killer control center (KCC) application that is installed, the setup.exe file may uninstall the KCC application. After you install this package, there will be a reminder to download the KCC application. Your system should be connected to the Internet to download the application. The Killer Wi-Fi driver package launches the Microsoft Store application and connects to the Microsoft website. You can download KCC from either the Microsoft Store or the Microsoft website.
- After you install the package, the Killer 1650 wireless LAN driver version that is displayed in Device Manager is 21.30.1.1.
- After you install the package, the Killer 1435 and 1535 wireless LAN driver version that is displayed in Device Manager is 12.0.0.832.
- WLAN drivers take no more than 3 minutes to be installed on your system. You can install the updates in the background while using the system.
