2. In windows, run the commands from command windows that is opened with
administrator permissions using "run as administrator" option.

For DOS : sas3flsh.exe -o -f T7910_LSISAS3008.fw -b mptsas3.rom -b mpt3x64.rom
For UEFI : sas3flash.efi -o -f T7910_LSISAS3008.fw -b mptsas3.rom -b mpt3x64.rom
