Security patches for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (build 1607)-January 2019

These package is supported on Wyse 5060,Latitude 3480,latitude 5280 ,5070 Standard,5070 Extended,5070 Cost down thin clients.
This release supports the following KBs:

1)DotNetCompilation_WIE10.exe
i)It is mandatory to push DotNetCompilation_WIE10 package after pushing .MSU Security Patches deployment through WDM/WMS. This is required for compiling Dotnet KB files.
ii)Specify command parameter --silent when deploying through Wyse Management Suite, Wyse Device Manager, and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager.
2)For OSComponentCleanup.msi specify parameter as /qn when deploying through Wyse Management Suite, Wyse Device Manager, and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager.

Note:
OSComponentCleanup.msi Addon package to perform cleanup of superseded OS Components which are accumulated during installation of monthly cumulative security updates released by Microsoft.
This command execution will provide additional free space in the disk and it will be very useful for optimizing the disk space in the WIE10 based thin clients with 32GB or higher disk configuration
