- After you update the package, the driver version that is displayed in Device Manager for each operating system is as follows:

Dell Update Package Instructions
Note: Your system requires a restart after installing the driver. The restart can be deferred but must be completed to ensure that the update is installed.
Download
1. Click Download File.
2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.
2. Read the information in the dialog window.
3. Download and install any prerequisites that are identified in the dialog window before proceeding.
4. Click the Install button.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
For Thin Client systems
Note: If the driver size is more than 900 MB, ensure to increase the RAM Disk Size to 1000 MB before installing the driver. If RAM Disk is not available, follow the below steps.
1. Log in to the Administrator account on the Thin Client.
2. Disable the Write Filter (WF) by double-clicking the WF Disable icon on the desktop.
The system auto reboots.
3. Log in to the Administrator account on the Thin Client.
4. Click Download File.
5. Double-click the EXE/MSI file and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Enable the Write Filter by double-clicking WF Enable icon on the desktop.
The system auto reboots.
