- Do not power off your thin client until the installation is complete. - You cannot boot into ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) or later versions when you perform the following operations: Disable the onboard Network Interface Card (NIC), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), or Platform Trust Technology (PTT). Clear TPM or PTT. Reset BIOS to factory default settings.

Follow below steps to install ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) recovery image:
1. Download and install Dell OS Recovery Tool on Windows from https://www.dell.com/support/osrecovery. 2. Download and extract OS_ISO_2205_9.3.1129.zip at www.dell.com/support. 3. Plugin a USB disk to Windows, and open Dell OS Recovery Tool. 4. Click SWTICH TO ADVANCED RECOVERY. 5. Browse the ThinOS_2205_9.3.1129.iso file and click NEXT (Do not select any other option). 6. Select the USB disk and click BURN OS to create the recovery USB disk. 7. Power on the destination machine with the USB disk and Press F12. 8. Select the USB disk in the boot device list (Ensure you have enabled USB boot support in BIOS setup). 9. On the install window select the OS image and the application packages that you want to install, and press Enter. 10. Wait till all files copied to the destination machine and it will auto power off. 11. Power on the machine, will continue the installation process.
