Download
1. Click the Download File link to download the zip file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.

Installation:
1. Login to the system running VMware VSphere Client or vCenter-Server
2. Bring the intended ESXi host into Maintenance Mode
3. Unzip the offline bundle to extract the vib and metadata.zip. Use the vib to install Server Administrator software on the desired ESXi host
# esxcli software vib install --viburl=
OR
# esxcli software vib install -v

On ESXi7.0 OS, VMware has introduced a component for replacing the offline bundle (zip file) which contains a VIB inside. Server Administrator ESXi7.0 package will be called as component(zip file), instead of offline-bundle.

If you are installing ESXi7.0 Server Administrator component (zip file) on ESXi7.0 OS, run the following command:
# esxcli software component apply -d
OR
# esxcli --server software component apply -d

NOTE: For ESXi7.0, Server Administrator VIB name is change to openmanage
NOTE: For ESXi7.0, Server Administrator component name will be as DEL-openmanage
NOTE: Restart of the Host OS is not required after installing or uninstalling the Server Administrator VIB/Component package.
NOTE: After an ESXi Server Administrator VIB/Component installation, the CIM services are restarted automatically to load the Server Administrator providers (DCIM service). It is recommended to wait for 2 - 3 minutes before logging in from any Server Administrator web server. Else, the Server Administrator web server login to the ESXi host may fail.
NOTE: With an installed ESXi7.0 Server Administrator, SFCB restart takes approximately 60 seconds for restarting the CIM services on ESXi7.0 OS.
