1. Fix the issue where display monitor sometimes disappears from device manager after resuming from standby (with DDM 2.x)
2. Fix the issue where sometimes USB-C display monitor is not displaying after hot-plugging the display to MH3021P.

The Dell Connect Software included is optional, it will enhance user experience for users who have both Zoom and Skype for Business installed on the same PC. You will be able to use all call buttons for Zoom and there will be no interference from other apps.
