1. Ensure that the appropriate BOSS-S1 Windows management driver is installed.
2. Copy over downloaded utility files to system.
2. Navigate to the correct utility version, and open a command prompt in the same location as the mvsetup.exe file.
3. Begin using CLI by entering "mvsetup help" into the command prompt for a list of commands.
