Installation instructions
Note: Do not disconnect the USB wireless dongle, or close the Alienware Command Center application, or shut down the system during the firmware update.
Download
1. Click Download File.
2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Connect your headset to your system through 2.4 GHz wireless mode.
2. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file.
3. Open the downloaded file.
4. Click Update Dongle button.
The Update Complete! Ok message is displayed after the firmware update is complete.
5. Close the window.
Download
