- Fingerprint reader requires to enable support for Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX) technology. Ensure that the SGX is turned on in the BIOS settings and Intel SGX Platform Software is installed.
- After you complete the installation, Intel Software Guard Extensions Platform Software appears in the Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features list.
