Fixes:
- Fixed the issue where Dell Command Configure stops responding on Windows 10 (19H1) operating system.
- Fixed the issue where the error code 146 occurs while importing the .INI file that contains the KeyboardBacklightColor feature. The issue is observed on platforms that are not supported.
- Fixed the issue where the set operation failure message is not received for SingleToken MUltiple Attribute BIOS Features such as SHA256.
- Removed the commands to install HAPI driver from the WinPE script.

Enhancement:
- Added the DockWarningsEnMsg feature to disable or enable the alert message that is displayed when Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD19TB is connected to systems with Non-Thunderbolt port.
